Public Notary Services
The notary by means of a public instrument exercises his function independently of the public power and individuals, being in charge of interpreting, drafting and giving legal form to documents such as a public deed, attests to a legal act such as a contract; or certifies a legal fact, such as a notification or proof of facts, he preserves and reproduces the instrument, thus providing security and tranquility to the society he serves.
In the United States, a notary public is a person who certifies and attests to the authenticity of documents (in English), takes depositions and affidavits, among other things.
Notarial intervention increases confidence in legal documents and reduces fraud. Notaries are impartial witnesses that the grantors of documents are what they say they are and with this they increase legal certainty. However, the fact that private documents are signed before a notary does not guarantee that the content of the document is true.
A&Q Administration Services offers notary services for different types of documents to be used within the United States and, prior to the Apostille procedure, can be used abroad in all countries that are signatories to the Hague Apostille Convention. Between them we have:
- Sales invoices
- Faith of life

- Marriage certificate.
- Affidavits: An affidavit prepared and provided by the declarant (you). Affidavits are used in many different situations for many different purposes.
- Among many others.
